I pulled the PTO off of my truck because it was leaking. I searched all of the numbers on it but I can't figure out what it is. I would like to order a seal kit for it so i can put it back on. Does anyone know what I have?

There is a code or system to their numbering at least for some of them, things like torque capability, type of shift, direction of rotation etc.. What I have done in the past is measure the shaft diameter and the housing seal bore and order a seal, some of those seals have been a rather unique shape. I'll see if I can locate some numbers. | | | | Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 2,061 Big Bolt Forum Moderator | Big Bolt Forum Moderator Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 2,061 | When I had mine off, I was able to get the # off the seals and found some replacements on Ebay. | | | | Joined: Apr 2016 Posts: 96 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2016 Posts: 96 | I'll pull the seals this weekend and see if I can find any numbers on them.
Thanks for the help!

May as well pick up a parts cleaner from the cheap import store, I have a least that much grease on mine.
