1948 Chevrolet Pick-up truck 1/2 Ton. How to remove the lock & bezel for the Glove Box? I've got everything else stripped out of the cab, but cannot see how to remove this unit. Thanks!

There is a tiny clutch head screw which is hard to get to. You need a mirror to see it and you will probably need to remove the glove box to get to it.

Look to see if there is a screw on the retainer on the rear of the lock, . remove the screw and push the lock / bezel forward.....should come apart

see lock at Classic - https://www.classicparts.com/1941-53-Glove-Box-Lock-Key-W_Retainer/productinfo/22-353/#
