Be careful what you eat at the Homecoming John.
I may have a special donut just for you.

Martin, anyway you can sneak away and join us?

Back on topic, Looks like the meal planning is coming together and we can still use some volunteers to help.
Easy side dishes are also needed.
Keep the term "grab and go" in mind.
How are we set up for tables and chairs? The fry station will be self supplied. Hopefully in the same corner as last year.
Lawn chairs are a must bring item.

While the deep fryer is going, has anyone ever tried something called "Lumpia"? It's the Filipino version of an egg roll- - - - - -ground pork, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped onion, and garlic, wrapped up in an eggroll pastry and deep fried. Good stuff! I can bring the fixin's already prepared, and roll up the finger food sized goodies ready for the fryer in just a few minutes. I like mine dipped in oriental hot chili sauce.

Bring it Jerry.
The fryer is open for anyone to use.
We'll call it mystery food.
Just had the propane tank filled back up today.
I can also bring a second pot to have a dueling fry contest.
The LDT is taking over!!

Well, it looks like the menu has been pretty well planned out.
Easy side snacks can be added and help with putting away and clean up is still needed.
The best way to help is to just walk up and ask one of the cooks, "How can I help you?"
Help with after meal clean up, really makes you feel like part of the team.
See everyone in a week, and the wife can't wait to see me gone for a week.

Coffee is packed in the truck. I purchased sugar and creamer for the weak ones. A few last minute items and I will be ready to roll! See you all soon!

Chris
You are way ahead of me packing.
And a lot closer!
36 cup percolator is still in the old F-250. and our living room is starting to stack up with loaded plastic tubs to bring.
Hopefully the new little red truck, can get over the mountains and back to the midwest.

I am not exactly sure where I was supposed to sign up, but I would like to be there on Saturday. I would probably have one person with me. I hope this will be ok. I'm sorry I didn't sign up sooner, but I wasn't sure how. I guess I should have asked.

Thanks Doug! I don't know why I didn't see the registration thread until just now, it must have been a while since the last reply and it got bumped to the second page, or maybe i'm just blind! See you on Saturday.
