It's the Filipino version of an egg roll- - - - - -ground pork, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped onion, and garlic, wrapped up in an eggroll pastry and deep fried. Good stuff! I can bring the fixin's already prepared, and roll up the finger food sized goodies ready for the fryer in just a few minutes. I like mine dipped in oriental hot chili sauce.

Easy side snacks can be added and help with putting away and clean up is still needed.
The best way to help is to just walk up and ask one of the cooks, "How can I help you?"
Help with after meal clean up, really makes you feel like part of the team.
See everyone in a week, and the wife can't wait to see me gone for a week.
