How long does it take for a post to show up? I posted a question concerning my truck not running last night in the Engine forum. I still have not seen it show up and thus, no answers. Just wondering how long it takes the moderator to approve a post?

Darrell, Moderators are assigned specific forums. Those forums are the only ones that Moderator can approve. Moderators have lives outside of Stovebolt.com, so, sometimes it can take a couple of days to get your first 1-5 posts approved. Be patient and it will work out. Also, do not expect instant answers to your questions. Sometimes the experts are busy elsewhere. Glad you’re aboard. Welcome🛠

Darrell, sometimes I watch the "count" when I ask a question. There may be "0" post which means no one has answered. However, if you look you may see where there has been "12" views which usually indicates folks are looking at you post but perhaps they do not feel they have the right answer and many wait for someone who does to post the answer. Hope this makes sense. Hang tight............. I had to take my wife to dinner tonight before I could check the bolt. LOL It is the weekend!!!

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
