I've found lots of info for half tons, but not 3/4's. Anyone have any insight? | | | | | Joined: Jan 2017 Posts: 62 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2017 Posts: 62 | Still searching for a solution. Should I just be searching junk yards for parts from a unit that had tubular shocks? Or is there a company that makes a conversion? Haven't found any info from people that have done it in the past. | | | | | Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 106 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 106 | Have you compared the 1/2 ton mounts to the 3/4 ton mounts? I've found a lot of times people/businesses list stuff only for the 1/2 ton because they don't know what other models the parts will fit.

The lower mounting tab on the axle wil need to be changed out to the angled one. The holes will need opened up for the 3/4 ton u bolts. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2017 Posts: 62 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2017 Posts: 62 | http://www.oldchevytrucks.com/cart/product.asp?prodid=HP590&i=9995|||||
Did a little more digging tonight and that ^ Is what I came up with. Also heard that front and rear upper mount brackets are the same. Can anyone confirm that?
Might have to copy and paste the link

I needed to replace one of mine that had apparently broken and been replaced by a cobbled up welded version. LMC shows the same PN for 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton front and rear upper brackets.
