I’m about 80% complete on restoring a ‘53 3100 short step side. The truck is mostly original with an engine update to a 235. One of my goals has been to stay close to the ‘old truck’ look with a few updates. It certainly won’t be a show winner but will definitely turn some heads. I’m needing some help with wheel options and possible sources. I need 16” wheels to fit the original 6 lug pattern and want them to be close in appearance to originals and to accommodate hub caps and beauty rings. I’ve tried locating original wheels but haven’t found 5 in the condition I want so this is not a request to purchase originals. Suggestions for wheels/vendors appreciated.

Keep looking for decent originals. They are out there.
