I adjusted the doors so they close as good as I could get them without the trim in place.The new set I ordered fit fine but they seem so thick that it hinders the door from closing, especially the curved front part of the door where it closes against the body. Before I start to cut the depth and thickness of the trim, I was wondering if anyone has ever had this issue? Thanks Kevin

| | | | | Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 1,362 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 1,362 | Like Martin said, give it some time. I had the same issue a couple years ago, I can't say exactly how long it took for the new gaskets to conform properly but it was a few months. All's good now.
As hard as it is to believe, with the new gaskets and other steps taken to quite and seal the cab, I now have to roll a window down in order to close the doors so they latch properly. Who'd have imagined.
