Hi all;
I'm trying to find out what engine my Chevy one ton has in it. It's SUPPOSED to be a 4 bolt main 350,but who knows? The stamped # is VO214VDJ. If anyone could look it up or give ma a GOOD website where I can find it,I'd sure appreciate it.
Thanks to all of you.

What is the block casting number on the top of the bell housing flange? On cars many 4 bolt main blocks had a casting number that ended with 010 but don't know about trucks.

Your serial number VO214VDJ breaks down as follows;

V = Flint Plant
02 = Month
14 = Day
VDJ = Suffix Code

Check your Suffix again as that's not a good code. Could it be UDJ? If so it's a 1983 305 V8.
