For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2017 Posts: 8 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Sep 2017 Posts: 8 | I have a dump bed on my 6400 that I don't need. Is it worth trying to remove it or shall I just weld it in place?
one of the rams has a leak and the hoses look sketchy.
I am converting the truck to carry a wood fired oven for catering.

I have about a half a dozen of them laying around and have no use for them. I would bolt it in place. Welds crack when they flex and the 6400 frame flexes a lot. | | | | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,878 . | | . Then bolt on the remaining bed, or whatever you have to replace it. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2017 Posts: 8 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Sep 2017 Posts: 8 |
