Firestone makes some add-on air bags that might have that capacity.

To add to Ed Pruss' comment,Ridetech offer a simple bolt-on air bag assist springs which can be added to leaf spring set-ups,here's one rated @ 2000lbs,there are other options available too.

Air over leaf springs.

I think this is what you're looking for.

I use Air Lift's version on my 2007 1500 Chevy. They required two 1/2" holes in the frame for upper bolts and bolted to axle on bottom. They work excellent they will level the truck out with my 1800lb+ truck box camper. Took about 1 hour to install. Ride is horrible without them, squatting and even braking feels better once levelled.

Gabriel air shocks add carrying capacity but can be aired down. At flaps and Amazon.

The Firestone/Ridetech air bags can be let down for light loads, pumped up again when heavy.
