Original engine, tranny and clutch, although tranny and clutch were rebuilt about 5 years ago. Recently I have been hearing a squeaking noise whenever I engage the clutch.Curiously, the noise occurs as I am releasing the pedal, not when I push it down. I got it up on the lift with my lovely assistant in the cab and asked her to push the pedal so I could try to localize the noise. As best as I could tell it was coming from inside the clutch housing, inside where the clutch fork enters. Is this anything that is serious? Any suggestions on how to stop the squeak? Thanks, as always.
