| | | | Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 135 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 135 | I was driving the other day and honked the horn and it did shut off. Had to drive home with it blaring. I took the horn off and checked the connections in the steering wheel. Everything looked correct. The contact spring was working properly and connections are clean. The only way for it to stop is to disconnect the horn. Could I have a problem with the relay switch? Not sure how to proceed. I'm work with a 64 k10. Thanks John

| | | | | Joined: Oct 2016 Posts: 916 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2016 Posts: 916 | Disconnect the wire on your horn relay that comes from the horn button. Is the horn still honking? If so, then it's the relay. If not, then you'll need to trace the problem from there to your horn button.
