hi my name is derek im 16 i live in longisland ny, i have a 1951 chevy 3800.. it has been an eastcoast tow truck most of its life as it was pased down from owner to owner the tow bomm and equitmint have been removed , any how i need to replace my cab corners rocker panels,floor boards, outer cowls(thing on the side with the lovers),iner cab corners , iner fenders ,out fenders ect... but my question is , is where do i start ?? if my rockers are bad and my floor board is bad do i cut it all out and brace it up b.c it makes no sense toreplace the floor board on to rused rockers soo what is my best bet at restoration,,aalso i have seen some people with a big dog bumper lol with a winch that came stock with the truck is there any way to find these parts i want to restore my truck to an animal not to oem garges peice
