They say to put 2 coats on very important. I used it on the outside mirrow braces. and did most of the outside of the cab. Sanded lighty just to get the flakey stuff off and put 2 coats on criss cross pattern with a 2" brush. You have to clean the brush over and over if you want to use it the next time. It goes on silver and in the sun it will turn a gold color.
