For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 143 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 143 | Does anyone know where I can get some running board brackets for my '50 3100? I've been looking for reproductions but can't find anything. So maybe nobody is reproducing these. Gently used might be the only alternative. Any suggestions for replacing the rusted stubs I've got now? Thanks.
It never costs more to ask and it never costs more to think big.

I put an add in the parts wanted section and had mine in a week or two. you probably need more than one, they may all be different, be sure to get the ones you want. For my truck the front left and right were different, the rear two were identical, but that is a 2 ton. Check the parts book for yours so you know the difference. They are all slightly different in shape. Make sure that you match the one you take off to the one that you put on. They have a slight bend unique to each bracket.
I had this problem and it did cause me some headaches! | | |
