so, in my quest to solidify my truck, i've realized that...thin sheetmetal..make that OLD thin sheetmetal, does not approve of being continuousley beaded. so, i'm taking a page out of GMs book, and have decided that tack welds, along with seal sealer, are the the key!
kind of like what they did to the stock rocker panels.
now, i know this may be far fetched. but, its worth a shot. so, any ideas as to what to use for caulk? or..silicone? or....??
anyone?
cheap is good. along with being available at a local hardware store.
just another hair brained idea to try and get this beast back on the road...
thanks!
