Items needed to install radiator:
Hex Head Bolts 3/8" X 3" (2)
Washers 3/8" X 1 1/4 diameter (6)
Lock washers 3/8" (2)
Nuts for bolts (4)
Place bolt with washer through radiator support frame
DO BOTH BOLTS AT SAME TIME
Under support frame place both rubber pads on bolts
Next place bolts through frame
Next install washer (regular 3/8" washer)
Next install spring
Next install washer
Next install lock washer
Next install nuts & tighten to secure radiator mounting frame to chassis. Use extra nuts as lock nuts.
There are 4 small bolts (1/4" X 3/4") that bolt the top of the radiator support rod to the "bull nose" plate.
