I have a 59 Suburban (daily driver, going to be selling next year once my new project is done). New project is a 55 2-ton and 58 2-ton. I am going to make an extended cab out of them and end up with one truck. (not a 4-door, more like adding 1/2-2/3 of the door length). We need a beefier tow rg than the Suburban for our 1951 Royal Spartanette travel trailer (also in the project stage).

I'm in the Bridal Trails area of Bellevue. I have a 49 1/2 ton I bought off eBay a couple years ago. It's nearly 100% stock and in very good running condition, but has definitely been used over it's life. It's part of my retirement plan to spend time restoring it.

I have a '48 3800 DRW Flat-bed that's been collecting dust by my house in Everett. I got it last year and was stuck in a rental then was busy moving into the house I bought...hoping to get some work in on it this summer.

Looking for some j-yard 19.5" wheels/tires if anyone knows a good spot.

New member down in Graham with a '51 6400 with a dump bed.

Front wheels are off, brakes apart, hoping new cylinders from O'Riley's will get her stopping on demand again.

can't get either bleeder screw loose on hydrovac.

welcome Chuck! Maybe a little heat on the bleeder screws? sometimes just heating them up and letting them cool will loosen them up.

I'm a new member from Shoreline area. I've got a '62 C20 that has a 350 & TH350 under the hood. It runs good.

I'm replacing the heater fan motor. The only issue at this time is the window washer doesn't shut off, if the button is pushed it will run till the tank is empty! Looking for replacement switch mechanism.

welcome to the site! Poke around a bit and once you make I think 4 posts you are no longer moderated and can PM folks. You will also be able to post in the parts wanted forum (don't think it shows while you are moderated).

Have you checked Ebay?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-60-61-62-63-Chevy-Truck-Windshield-Washer-Wiper-Switch-2-Speed-GMC-1963-/311957473021?hash=item48a21d46fd:g:SS0AAOSw6YtZSahZ&vxp=mtr

When we had our 59 Suburban, I think I ended up getting one out of a 64-66. I had to make the hole in the dash larger and buy some super fine nuts off Ebay but, it was brand new instead of all old contacts inside.

I got the heater motor replaced. I had to modify the wheel, the raplacement motor shaft was smaller than the stock. The replacement came with a shim to fit the shaft. This allowed the wheel to spin on the shaft. I drilled and tapped the wheel and put in a set screw. It wo is great now!
