It consists of two wooden pieces about four inches long with a taper on one end, two round rubber pieces that are about two inches thick, two square and two rectangular pieces of 1/8th inch thick rubber.
I have no remembrance of what I did when I took the cab off four years ago.
Does anyone out there know how these things are supposed to be used? I can only make a guess and I have no confidence that my guesses are any good.

The rubber pieces are for the rear cab mounts. The rectangular rubber is for the middle mounts the square rubber is for the rear mounts.
