I have some painting to do on a RV doing the accent strips so will have to use tape to get some strips done should I remove the tape while the paint is wet or wait until paint has setup and is there a tape to use for this???

Wait. If its wet, you could foul the paint while removing it. I use the scotch 'green' tape at the paint supply store. It sticks very well, can even take some weather, and does a nice job. If you follow the jeep link in my sig you'll see what you can really do with this stuff if you go nuts.
