I just caught a photo of 51 4 door woody on the web. Was this a custom job where the extra 2 doors were added, or was there a 4 door model produced?

None were produced by GM.

A four-door woody would most like have been vehicle made by another manufacturer on a GM 3112 (light duty 1/2 ton) windshield/cowl/chassis, or, more likely, on a GM 3612 (medium duty 3/4 ton) windshield/cowl/chassis, or, even up to a 1-2 ton woody "bus".

Research J.T. Cantrell and Co., they were the most prolific builder of these bodies on many manufacturers chassis.
