When researching harnesses, a vendor told me "In 1949/1955 trucks were made in California and Kansas City. CA harness were taped and KC harness were braided."
I think I decoded that my truck was assembled in Norwood. So I am wondering if anyone has any input about the vendor's statement, or whether there is any way to know if the braided loom or tape is correct. Thanks,
Nico

Looks like they make really nice stuff, but pricey and turns out not for 54 trucks. | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,262 Bubba - Curmudgeon | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,262 | blumarin, Classic Parts sells a very nice 1954 wiring harness. It includes extra wire for front/rear turn signals, if you have/want them (covered with original color coverings).. | | |
