| | | | Joined: May 2015 Posts: 47 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: May 2015 Posts: 47 | I am getting ready to wire my 54 3100 project and have a question about the harness "cover". When researching harnesses, a vendor told me "In 1949/1955 trucks were made in California and Kansas City.
CA harness were taped and
KC harness were braided."
I think I decoded that my truck was assembled in Norwood. So I am wondering if anyone has any input about the vendor's statement, or whether there is any way to know if the braided loom or tape is correct.
