All seem to fit ok but the front of the outer board will not fit between the front cross member and the angle. 5/8 is the max that will go. Lifting the bed will not help because the front bed panel is bolted to the side panel so everything moves up. I loosened the side panel to front panel bolts to get a little more clearance but that did not help. The bottom of the front panel also has a lip formed to it that also prevents the adjustment for a 3/4 board. My only thought is to machine the bottom of the front of all boards about 3-4" back to 5/8" so the end boards slip under the angle and the other boards are even with the outer boards. I do not want to cut the angle welds and repaint. Any other thoughts?

The rear cross member fits the 3/4" perfect.
The front panel lip is not bent.
Machining 1/8 Off 2 1/2" back from the bottom front of each board
is beginning to look like my best bet since it will work and
not show.
