The soda blasting seems to have caught on well with the sailing and power boating segment. Try calling some marinas to see if they can refer you to someone.

I also recall on a Rides show that Unique Performance there in Farmers Branch used a soda blasting outfit to do their mustang bodies. Give them a call and see if they will give you a name and number.

A place in Sanger advertises plastic media blasting. I haven't used them but you might want to get a price from them. 940 458 3326

Let us know who you use and how it turns out.

Just bought a project, probably with 3 or more coats of paint, will have to call them. Anyone have any luck with a liquid paint stripper? A stipper that is eco-friendly?

If the funds are tight and if you are working the truck panel by panel, just use a knotted wire wheel on your grinder. It will take the paint off in a hurry after which you can use a DA sander to scuff the surface for a good profile before priming. Just remember to use a face shield, gloves and a respirator mask.
