I'm having a local shop convert the 4.11 in my '53 3100 to 3.55. Are there any particular "break in" precautions when I pick it up?

Prior to pickup the installer should, if following directions, should run in high gear for 15 min with the wheels in the air.

Sweet,

That's an interesting concept. Which gear manufacturer recommended it? I've read various authoritative break in procedures but have never encountered that one.

Here's what Randy's recommends:

The installation directions that come from Patrick's include this procedure in its installation instructions.
