| | | | Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 81 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 81 | I replaced the brass bushings on the clutch pedal mount in the frame, cleaned up the lower clutch pedal arm, lubed and reinserted, but it seems to stick/have resistance rather than turning freely, so much so that the spring does not return the pedal correctly.
Has anyone had a similar issue - any suggestions?

If the clutch pressure returns the pedal but the return spring does not return it rest of the way, I would drive it awhile that way & it will wear in. Pull it up with your foot after you go through the gears.
