It came out great, the clear went on nicely and adhered well to the base, and was easy to mix and spray, and flowed out with minimal orange peel. I did it in a homeade cardbord spray booth with a moderate quality HVLP gun with a 1.5 mm tip. No problems at all, I think I would use it again. It has held up just fine to a few drops of gasoline and brake fluid spilled on it, but I keep it in the garage so I don't know how well it holds up to sun. It doesn't scratch easily now that it has cured.
