Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 2,168 | How exactly is the outer trim of these trucks attached? I have a 70 1/2 ton that is a lower model truck without the trim. Eventually I would prefer a two tone with white and the trim, but if it means punching holes in the sides I might change my mind.

The shorter strips around the cab corners and such had studs that you bolted from the inside of the cab. But if you order new ones from say LMC they now come with adhesive backed clips. Or you can order the adhesive clips alone and use with the original moldings if you have them.
