I've been searching but no luck. It's a 1954 3100 3sp on column. All stock. I have smaller wheels so the speedo is off. I'm trying to find speedo gears (if available) but I can't figure what trans model number. Thanks in advance.

Is it also called Muncie? I'm looking for speedo gears but only small plastic ones I find. I looked at the trans and after removing the speedo cable it looks like a metal nut in the trans, maybe a 19mm or bigger. I've seen that they sell the all metal ones that look like it but not finding in 22 tooth or a lil bigger.

Why don't you calculate the speed difference and install a ratio adaptor in the cable? They are on eBay all the time.

If im reading the speedometer chart right, it looks like the driven gear has 20 teeth and the drive gear on the universal joint has 7 teeth. The GM Herritage center is a great resource.
