Im about to bite the bullet and replace the worst for wear left side floor pan. Has anyone photos or advice re supporting the cab while I do this.
I have removed the drivers door to replace the pins and hold opens. I have tried Tech tips but can't make it work for me.

There is no better cab stand than the frame which you end up mounting it to. As long as the front cab support is sound, you won't need to do any extra supporting. It is a little tricky fitting the replacement panels along the inner cowl area, as the floor is joined there by the inner cowl and the rocker panel. That means that you have 3 layers of metal which are spot welded together there.

As Carl said leave it on the truck, do one side at a time. Cut your way in and weld your way out.
