We use this thread to keep track of the T-Shirt orders.
Chatted with Peg and they should be about 10 bucks each, at the Reunion.
If someone that can't attend the Reunion wants some, add another 5 bucks for shipping to your house.

I'll do my best to keep the list updated and start it off.

Don King: two XXL

Don't know yet Mike.
Looks like I'm going to handle some of the duty and will need to get in touch with Mongo's sister in law.
She does the shirt printing.

Okay on the kid sizes: for a youth large, order a small. We figured a youth large is about a 12. For a youth medium, order an XS (extra small). That should be about a size 10.

We had 48 pre-ordered shirts in 2014 so hopefully, we can get a fairly strong count. We did order extra and then the generic (55 of those). We even brought some of the 2013 shirts (that we had WAY over-ordered) and some folks were happy to take those.

Things are starting. Shelley Mosley (Steve's sister-in-law) will do the designs and printing. The shirts we've had in the past from her have been great PLUS free delivery! grin

Okay, get right up here and place your order!

Waiting for a photo of the design and color of the shirt before I decide how many I want. I suppose my pocket T idea went out the window!

The order deadline is Aug 24 and we'll have the color and design decided this week.
I'll ask about pocket T's.

Get your orders in soon, if you want some.

As for color, Pat has the lucky(?) job of ordering shirts for a local soap box derby race here in town for the last 11 years. color is always a big decision. Last year they went with a neon green and it was very popular both with kids and adults, orange seems to be a good color also, the pink is good if it is a darker pink rather than light. A lot of people dont want the date on the shirt so she got around that by just putting the year (16) on the side of the race car for a number. just looks like a car number but lets participants know what year they got it!

Put me down for 2 extra large shirts.
If there is an option for a pocket I will take it on both.
If there is an extra cost I am okay with that.

Have you decided on a color yet? Will there be pockets? I had previously ordered 1 extra large and 1 3XL, if pockets please include the 3Xl. Also, I would like to order 2 extra small.

Check went out in the mail today.
I'll type out an E-Mail to her now and ask.

Oh gosh. I am sorry. Don't worry about us and the shirts. For some reason, I thought the cut off date was the 26th.

Keep on rolling, Don.

I'll tally up the list this weekend and I did order a few extra.
Also sent Shelly a email asking if we can up the order by about ten more shirts.
Didn't know how many extra to order, but we have an even 50 coming to us. 10 bucks a piece with no pockets.
Here is the order I put in.

3 - small = 3
2 - Med = 2
5 - Large + 3 to have on hand =8
10 - X-large + 5 to have on hand =15
11- XX-large + 7 to have on hand =18
3-XXX-large + 1 to have on hand =4
You should get your X-Larges, the Med may be at risk though.

The time is up to order shirts.
We will have some extras and will be sold on a first come/first served basis.
Those that have ordered and will need to be mailed to them, will get theirs plus the cost of postage.
I'll try and add up the list of those who have ordered tonight.
Post it and everyone check to see if the list is correct.

Thanks
Don

We have extras in both sizes and will get you fixed up.
I wore 1-XL for years, but when I got older, they seemed to get tight after we washed them.
