You most likely know that Canadian and USA Chevrolet trucks have different model numbers and they usually had different engines.
USA prices are not shown in the documents at the link above (unless new items have been recently added).
Many old truck parts vendors sell reproduction documents with USA prices (look in "Links" on the menu near the top of this page).
