There will be times when I'm downshifting from 4th to 3rd and it wont want to go into gear until I've slowed down quite a bit(unless I double clutch which I've only been able to do once - can't seem to get it down). Anyway, could this possible be something as simple as just adding more transmission fluid which I will check again this weekend or is it something more serious e.g. synchros?
Does everyone suggest 90w transmission fluid?

First thing I would do it verify it is not real low on gear oil. Then make sure your clutch is adjusted properly and disengaging all the way. (if the clutch is partially engaged, that can make it real hard to shift!) | | | | | Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 49 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 49 | No grinding.....just wont push in to gear. When it does finally slip in there is a bit of a noise but not really grinding.
