I got to the show at 6:30 in the morning and it was already busy. They started parking the cars at 3 am. Took me about 6 hours to go through them all and I bypassed the 'plastic" 32's. Streets are shut down and this year 1200 pre-52 era cars and trucks attended including 700 or so 1932 Ford Deuces - some authentic and most replicas. The cars came from all over the west and many arrived Thursday by ferry. Show cars started parking at 0330 and when I arrived at 0600 the streets were half full of spectators. It was estimated over 100,000 persons attended. Unfortunately this will be the last such event unless a new organizer takes the reins.
