Hi just about to install front fenders on a 46 just wondering what others have done, would you run the welt between the fender extension and fender also or just between the outer and inner fender only Thx

Do you have pictures? There was no welting on the 46. There was some material between the cab and fender. You can buy a rubber material or welting but to my knowledge it was not as OEM. I did not want the welting so I used fabric tape between the fenders and bed and cab to reduce squeaks.

Hello GWWirth thanks for the reply I have no pictures but it's the same truck as your s, I just like the look and was going to put it on not really concerned about being 100% originall
