I also liked the little Farmall on your photobucket. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2016 Posts: 1,106 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2016 Posts: 1,106 | Welcome aboard. Great group of people on this site and full of knowledge as well as very helpful. What part of Southern Ohio. Are you in the Cincinnati area? I am in Northern Kentucky and you appear to be the closest Stovebolt member geographically. I am fairly new. Joined in January and have been watching for information on local shows. I don't know if you saw the news coverage or attended the Concourse Classic car show over the weekend in Cincinnati. These were all show quality cars and trucks They had a beautiful 54 Chevy 3100 1/2 ton on display. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2016 Posts: 236 DLBrooks | | DLBrooks Joined: Jun 2016 Posts: 236 | Hi Rich, the 57 cub was not intentional but am learning a little about photobucket now. The cub 3 point will lift a single gang 5 foot disc and has down pressure for the cable plow depending if you lock the slide. Kinda neat. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2016 Posts: 236 DLBrooks | | DLBrooks Joined: Jun 2016 Posts: 236 | dgrinnan, I need to wait to see if I replied to you as I am still on the wait list and must have hit a stray key on this notebook. I live in brown county near batavia, drug a 46 1/2 ton off a hill and out of a woods in Falmouth a couple years ago. Got the 42 in pieces and near nothing at an estate auction in adams county in ohio. It came from Somerset, ky --Cornett machine shop stcker on back window. OK looks like I am thru trial period. Milford Shriners show is June 18 and Adams County Ramblin Relics is June 28 at fairgrounds. May take 67 4wd to both. I belong to another forum that has little action on pre 47 and have found a lot of useful info on this one -so decided to join. Am working on a 46 3/4 ton at moment - will not be a rod. Will continue my education on pics. 8-)
