What is the JC part number for the blocks for a 1942 Suburban?

I cannot find the blocks specifically listed for 47-55 Suburbans (but, JCs search system is a challenge).

The blocks might be in this kit: 47-55 kit of fasteners and rubber parts that attach cab to frame

There are several different ones of varied shapes and sizes. I sent an original set to Jim Carter and they reproduced them. Call and ask, they may share the info you seek.
