I am being reunited with my beloved '65 step-side on Monday (hopefully) after a two year stay in the auto body shop (long story). As I don't have a garage I am wondering who makes a good quality, all-weather cover. I want one that fits tightly and won't move in the wind thereby scuffing the new paint job. Any help would be appreciated.

Try CALIFORNIA CAR COVER
I've been happy with their covers for years now and once when one failed, they sent another, no hassle.
I think I use the "NOAH" material...

We have a section in Lots O Links that is specifically for Upholstery, Interior Products, Covers and Tarps -- if that is the same thing.

California Car Cover is one of the ones on the list - so at least you have a recommendation to go along with it.

I purchase a cover from one of the reputable catalogs a few years ago and it barely got through the winter. Granted this particular winter the snow was heavy and plentiful. The weight of the snow on the cover over the bed caused it to rip. So if your in MA, be prepared for that unless it lays/sits on the floor of your bed.

You're right. I usually put two saw horses in the bed. With the cover resting on those the snow slips off pretty well. And I hear we are in for an "old fashioned winter" here in the east!
