The flywheel has a different bolt pattern, rocker covers have a different bolt pattern, heads and intake manifold have some 90 degree bolt holes, The dip stick is on the opposite side so unlikely the oil pan will switch. Exhaust manifolds will interchange as well as the water pump and pulleys. The TBI engines also have the fuel pump mount blocked off.
