I'm sure my answer is on the forum somewhere but I can't figure out the search. So the question is what is a good manifold for the S-10 and SBC conversion without cutting a bunch of stuff up?

Depends where you're placing your engine and what cab you are using, etc. Factory rear-exit manifolds (think 70's-80's) usually work.

Ram's horns likely won't work.

I used a special set of headers made for that swap. They are not cheap though.


They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

The headers are made for the V8 S-10 swap. They may or may not work if you're swapping the body as well, as your engine likely is in a different spot than if it were still an S10. At least mine is.
