On my speedo, at 65mph, GPS reads 57mph do I live with it or change something or get adapter? 53 3100 235 4 speed 3.73 rear 235x75x15 tires. root

Since your rearend ratio has been changed, the error will be different at different speeds. I would take a number of different readings at different speeds and then decide if it something that can be lived with. You can buy an adapter to correct for the error if you know what it is.

Thanks trucker, yes at 30 its 30 at 45 its 41 at 55 its 48 and at 65 its 57. So I think I will live with it. root

It looks like you are about 14% low so if you have an adaptor made to increase the cable speed by 1.14 all of your ranges will be very close.

This ebay seller custom makes GM adaptors...
