Have low oil pressure and engine is now "loud", kind of diesel like. Is there an adjustment to be made or is a rebuild a must. I ask because I have been told both. HELP! Have you adjusted the valves?
Have you tuned the engine: points, plugs, timing, carburetor.
Were adjustments/tuning done per Shop/Owner's Manual - what year manual?
Who told you to do a rebuild?
What is your oil pressure at idle (400-500 RPM)?
What is your oil pressure at 1,000+ RPM? | | |
