I was able to remove the outer and inner wheel on the drivers side with no hiccups, however when I got to the passenger side a different story. Two of the lug bolts just spin when I try to remove the nuts. If you have come across this problem and have a solution I'd love to hear it. Thanks | | | | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,878 . | | . If not remove the entire wheel, hub, and drum assembly. Weld a bar or something on the heads of the offending studs to prevent turning, then remove nut.
If you have a nut splitter or are real good and careful with the torch that's an option. In the end you'll still be removing the hub to replace the studs.

Any NAPA store should have one. This usually breaks the bond loose between the nuts and allows the outer nut to be removed. It's much easier with a 1" drive impact wrench- - - -hand cranking big lug nuts is a PITA!
