So I parked my 66 C60 about 2 months ago for some motor work. Completed the motor work today and hopped in to take it for a spin and the clutch pedal went all the way to the floor and didn't return. Checked the fluid in the master and it was low so topped it off. Still no pedal. Nothing is moving at the slave. Any tips thoughts comments or help will be appreciated.

Hydraulic leak somewhere in line or at slave. Rubber in master could be collapsed or rotted. Since you are in the rust belt, may as well replace all rubber parts, clean w/ alcohol, not spirits, gas or diesel.

Sounds like a leak. You cold try bleeding the system, there is a bleeder screw on the slave cylinder same as on a wheel cylinder. That might get it operating until it leaks enough out again.

Back when I drove a cabover with a hydraulic clutch, I made a power bleeder by drilling a hole in the cap and putting in a valve stem. I used a bicycle pump for pressure. It is almost impossible to bleed a hydraulic clutch without pressure
