A good parts store has a catalog with dimensions you can match up to yours. I.ve used ignition resisters on them with good results. They are very low priced. Maybe 2 in parallel might work.

It’s basically a knob with 4 settings and a resistor on the back of it. The settings are low med hi and off, works great. My truck heats up faster than my 2005 Pontiac and my 2000 Jetta.

I've had this motor sitting around for several years, so can't tell you what it came from. Anyhow, the swap was easy.... just had to drill and tap a hole for setscrew in cage. Works great and has 3 speeds!!!!
