Or another way is what is the dimension from the underside of the bed boards to the frame at the front and rear of the truck. Also need to know the gap distance between cab and front of bed.
Just looking at my used bed sides for a reference and my guess is the rear cross member is 5". Allowing for thickness of a 3/4" floor gives me 4-1/4" for combined x-member/block. Would this be correct for the remainder of cross sills or does each one vary?
