For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2015 Posts: 26 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2015 Posts: 26 | Got no replies on "interior", maybe this is more for the body forum given it's metalwork? I don't know...
I'm looking to do something a bit different and want to either 1) completely modernize a custom dash that's almost entirely barren or 2) swap in a 1955/6 Belair dash. Has anyone tried the latter? How easily would this swap be, is it a bit of fitting/cutting/welding or are there gaps created that need high skill fabrication? | | | | | Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 1,901 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 1,901 | They will both require a fairly high degree of 'skill'. Your choice which to go with.
