I am trying to find out where to do a title search for my Canadian truck. All the title search companies I've tried do not go back this far. I am looking for any information I can get, original owners, place of sale.... What would be great is a copy of the original paperwork. Unfortunately the truck came with none. It includes the trim and paint numbers, the body number, VIN number, production plant, production date, delivery date, engine number and the number of vehicles produced of a similar model. But it did not include the dealer's name. I found the information (both general information and information specific to my truck) to be very valuable. It is definatly worth the few dollars they charge for the service.
