The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot '60-'66 Trucks Cracked head

I am pretty sure my head is crack on the truck we drive everyday. I just need to get it running it is a 66 C10 with a 250 in it. What trucks will interchange with it that I can be looking for in a wrecking yard.

any head from 64 on up. Only exception would be the later heads with the intergrated intake manifold. 230, 250 and possibly the 194 cu. in. heads. Though the 194 head may raise the compression.

right but what trucks are we talking about

Not just trucks... there were a lot of Chevrolet cars that had the 250's in them too.

The 250 was used on the following vehicles:
